Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Torsova LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. If anything here is hard to use, tell us and we’ll fix it.
Conformance target
Our goal is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site has been through a deliberate accessibility pass covering color contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, semantic structure, form labeling, and motion. We verify with automated contrast tooling and manual keyboard testing, and we treat this as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
What we’ve done
- Color contrast. Body text, links, labels, and buttons meet the WCAG AA ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and interface components), verified by measurement.
- Keyboard access. Every interactive control is reachable and operable with the keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Structure & landmarks. Each page has a “Skip to main content” link, proper
nav/main/footerlandmarks, and a sensible heading order. - Forms. Every field has a visible, associated label; required fields are marked; and status messages are announced to assistive technology.
- Motion. Animations respect your system “reduce motion” setting; the decorative parity ticker is hidden from screen readers.
- Not color-alone. No information is conveyed by color by itself, and there is no flashing content or auto-playing audio.
- Readable & resizable. Fonts are self-hosted, text can be zoomed, and the layout reflows on small screens without loss of content.
Known limitations
We’re a small team and we’re honest about it: while we’ve done a thorough pass, no site is ever perfectly accessible, and we haven’t yet completed a full audit with every screen reader and assistive device. If you hit a barrier we missed, it is a priority bug to us, not an afterthought.
